What are the delivery charges?
We provide free delivery on orders valued at Rs. 1000 or more. For all orders less than Rs 1000, a flat fee of Rs 60 is charged. (Note: This clause can be changed/updated anytime without any prior notice).
The Seller incurs relatively higher shipping costs on such items. Charging a nominal shipping fee helps the seller offset logistics costs.

We offer free Cash on Delivery option for orders of minimum Rs 1,500 in value and up to a maximum order value of Rs 10,000.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally procure and ship the items within 5-7 working days from the date of placing the order. However, delivery might take 10-15 days depending on courier delivery (in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location) from the Order booking date in some cases it might go up to 10 working days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product’s availability and could vary from each brand offering the product.

Sometimes, items have to be imported by sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned sometimes as ‘Imported’ on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to be shipped. However, in few cases delivery can be in partial mode).

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Please note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc)?

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Stationeryatoz. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from brand to brand?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the brands/manufacturers etc.
